(More customer reviews)I was looking for a vacuum that would pick up hair and small particles.I wanted a HEPA filter.I got that on the vacuum I also got that in the bag that came with the vacuum.My concern is that I was not able to replace the bag provided with other bags.I had to order a substitute.It seems those bags are only available with a vacuum.I really can't understand that.I had to purchase a different kind of bag which was not as efficient as what I wanted.Basically the vacuum does not do one of the things I wanted which was to filter more of the finer particles before the air left the vacuum.To me this was a product presented with false expectations for the purchaser.
