(More customer reviews)I LOVED this vacuum. It works wonderfully and really got my carpets clean. The first time I used it, it picked up dirt that my previous vacuum had been leaving. The air that comes out of this vacuum is HEPA filtered so there was never any blowing dust or odor. The filters are easily accessible and easy to replace and clean. The hand tools are easy to get to and use, and the power brush really worked well on my furniture. BUT the motor broke shortly after the warranty was up (through no misuse by me, I assure you). Figures. I would consider buying this model again, except that I am afraid the same thing will happen.
