(More customer reviews)Apparently, Panasonic type u is NOT the same size as Dirt Devil type u.These may be perfectly good bags, but they did not fit my "type u" Dirt Devil.

I've been trying to google vacuum bag aperture size for an hour and can't really find out whether these sizes are supposed to be standard or not... I would have assumed they were.I've concluded you better buy the same brand as your machine, no matter what "type" it says it is, unless you measure the aperture opening.
