(More customer reviews)I purchased this product which arrived without the pictured carry case.The carry case was one feature that helped me decide on this unit, as I don't relish the thought of trying to keep track of all those accessories without the case.Since there was no case, I sent the whole unit back for a refund.The refund was prompt and hassle free, so I give great kudos to Amazon for their terrific customer service!My solution to my micro vacuum needs was to visit my local vacuum shop and ask for similar attachments that I could connect to my home vacuum unit.The shop had attachments which were very similar (no 3 foot black flex hose in the kit, but a 2 foot clear high-pressure 3/8" hose) and came in a ziplock bag for storage.Its a nice solution for a lot lower price than purchase of the micro vacuum with attachments.
