(More customer reviews)I thought i was buying from Amazon, which i trust.Instead it went to Go-Vacuum.When I got the item, the seal was open on the box, and the "turbo brush" had a couple of hairs in it, so i assumed that it had been used and returned.I returned it, and Go-Vacuum charged me $15 shipping which i thought was unfair, since the item was obviously used.
The Turbo brush itself appeared to be a piece of junk, no different from the head that comes with the Bosch vacuum.It weighs about 5 or 6 ounces, and is just a conventional carpet head, and a cheap one at that.I don't recommend Bosch or Go-Vacuum.
