(More customer reviews)I received my new Miela Luna 3 days ago.I live in the Pacific NW, so lots of rain (which means lots of dirt) plus two very active dogs that go in and out all day.Needless to say, I needed a vacuum that would really clean my hardwood & tile flooring along with area rugs.This vacuum is wonderful!Great suction, good tools and very well made.It is light in weight and the actual floor attachments move very freeyly to the right and left.The cord is a little short (which I had read in other reviews), but overall it was a good investment. The only reason I did not give this vacuum five stars is because I've use a central vacuum system in the past and they are, by far, the best, but they are VERY expensive.I had originally wanted to put a central vacuum system in my home, but was looking @ $1600.00 (and thats for a small house), so I went with a Miele for about $1000.00 less.All in all, very happy with this vacuum!
