(More customer reviews)This product is offered as GENUINE Kirby Brush, which it is NOT! It is a generic brush, that is infereior quality. It was not shipped promptly, and was BROKEN upon arrival. I would understand if it happened in transt. BUT, the broken piece was not in the package, which means they placed a broken brush in the bag. NOT RECOMMENED TO OTHERS!!
